Evolution Armenia is now pleased to announce vacancy for the position of the Technical Operations Manager.

• Manage team, delegate tasks, share information within team and provide the feedback to team;
• Manage and participate in the studio environment build process, plan resources;
• Keep timelines for projects and delegated tasks;
• Organize and supervise the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works;
• Ensure uninterrupted work of studio technical equipment;
• Participate in supplier evaluation, plan amounts of required tools, equipment and materials required for R&D, new builds and maintenance;
• Participate in R&D and solution design process;
• Plan and participate in new employees training;
• Prepare and provide required reports.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree (preferably in Management, Engineering or IT); 
• Two years’ managerial experience in IT, electronics or engineering field; 
• At least two years’ experience of team management; 
• Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment and techniques will be considered as an advantage;
• Analytic approach, good planning and project management skills;
• Team leading and managerial skills;
• Accuracy, high sense of responsibility;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (written and verbal).
